went to glendale last week.. got skunked but saw about 75 notherns up in the shallows , spawning i assume, couldn't get them to hit anything but there was a ton of them in about 6inches to 1 ft of water.... also saw thousands of small crappies up in the same shallows.

Try smelt with just enough split to make sure it sinks. Dont move it even if they swipe at it.  (dont need head or guts) Buddy has a camp there and he's hit some good ones and good #'s. Usually only last a week or so depending on the weather.

I used to fish at night around the coves with the boat launches and every night there would be one or two big muskies that would come gliding through.    I have never fished for musky, but my recommendation would be to troll/cast at night around the shallower coves, especially where there are lights around the marinas.  ALOT of fish school into the dock areas where the lights are, but you have to be in a boat to fish the areas now.

"A Homewood man led police on an hourlong car chase that ended with a crash injuring three officers.

"The car was driving itself," Wright said. "The car has a GPS. It's a Lincoln Navigator. They drive themselves. I wasn't running nowhere."
