run to deep water

run to deep water

Can anyone tell me which port would be the shortest run to "good water" (I imagin 60-70 FOW) - Northeast PA or Barcelona NY?   Never fished either one.  I am planning a trip 7/22.  Thanks

    Barcelona = shorter run. Dave  but, not by much.
