Safe Ice Reports

Anybody have any reports on any safe ice around the region? A wouldnt really care if I have to drive an hour, any information would be helpful. As of the 14th Canadohta Lake looked good, and a post on the 13th said Chatauqua was ok. I rode by Findlay lake about half an hour ago and it looked shakey around the edges but there were 2 kids about 10 years old jumping up and down on it by the shore. it splashed up some water when they jumped.. and tomorrow i wiill report on eaton unless anybody else has been there lately. How about south of Erie? anybody know about conneaut or woodcock?

Thanks, trap jaw. I was asking that same question about pymy on another thread and no one would reply. I think this weekend should be good with night temps getting down around 10.

It's been pretty cold these past few days, so does any one know how PI Bay is now? Judging by what it looked like on Sunday even if it re-freezes the middle will surely break your ankles. How about down by the yaught club?
