Good Luck Tomorrow

Good luck tomorrow guys -- finally get to bang some ducks up at PI.  Haven't seen many divers at all, mainly mallards.  Lots of coots and I saw a few bluebills and a handfull of ruddy ducks down there the other day.

How's everyone's blinds coming along?  Ours is finally all brushed in and these ducks aren't going to know what hit them.

Had a good morning - shot 3 drake mallards, drake common merganser and hen hooded.  Knocked a few more down that got too far for the dog to get and we all whiffed completely on probably the easiest shot on a drake mallard we'll see all season.  15 yards and cupped coming right at us, into the wind and we all WHIFFFFED.

Had to just laugh at that...
