I think most fish are around rt 20 on all the tribs. There are some up stream from there but its slim pickins.

On September 6 I caught 7 fish, 5 of them were at horseshoe falls above the chutes on the nut.  There were probably 20-30 fish in that hole.  I'd say those fish are well above 5 by now.

I think all the fish went back to the lake... not enough rain so they went home. LOL

i was at Walnut last night and stopped at Rt. 5 and there are plenty of fish in there... also fished there this weekend and there were even more.  I know someone that fished near Buttermilk Falls and had his fair share of luck.  So to say there aren't in there, is bogus.  They might even be up as far as Old Sterritania or farther towards the housing development.

Walk around a bit, you'll be amazed at how far, and you'll be amazed at how many there are.

I would much rather fish in the cold of nov, dec and jan with fish spread out than 60 degrees but stacked in small stretches of the creeks.  Room to breathe.
