WHAT'S THE "BEST" ELECTRIC KNIFE?? YOUR OPINION!!

Electric knives are great for filleting - What brand works best for you?? I have American Angler which works best for me as opposed to a Rapala, which just doesn't seem to have the power or endurance of the American Angler. Never used a Mr. Twister or other brand! Appreciate any feedback!

    I use the AA with the slimline blades works great for the perch.

    i have an older aa that i fillet roast beef and cantalopes with.  never got the knack of using it on fish.

    i don't use them but a buddy of mine has the mister twister model he likes it if you can get past the ugly yellow and green

    never used one but my dads buddy has a owned many and he said the rapala with the cord is the best he's owned, my dad couldn't get over how easy and quick it was i think im gonna get him one for chirstmas or his birthday

    American Angler 110 volt seems to work the best. I've owned the Mister Twister knifes and the older ones held up okay but the new model I'm breaking in a couple days. I just bought a Rapale 110 volt on clearance at Wal Mart and it cuts okay but doesn't have much power and I'm pretty sure it isn't going to last very long. The AA cuts the fastest and holds up okay. I clean a pretty good number of Big Walleyes (whick destroy knives). A good friend of mine uses a kitchen electric knife that works okay not as fast as the AA but it does the job. His thoughts are thier inexpensive and they do fine. I don't like the grip on them. So my final suggestion American Angler!
