I fished sewickely creek last night under a bridge which i believe was route 136, i was wondering how far this is from the mouth? also, are there any other acess points closer to the mouth? pm me if you want, thanks

Yes, there are access points closer to the mouth, I will let you know how to get to them in a pm.
