anyone fishing it? fished it tonight and got about 5 smallies between 3 guys

i was down where it dumps in about 2 months ago got a couple of smallmouth as sun was coming up once it warmed up didnt do to great all the fish had good size to them

dstewart, I think you guys are talking about two different creeks. You mean Big Sewickley that dumps into the Ohio river, correct?

I believe Trans is talking about Sewickley creek in southwest Westmoreland County. The Sewickley creek Trans is talking about drains into the Yough.

Big Sewickley creek dumps into the Ohio near dashields dam about a mile down river.

Thats "near" to dahields also IMO.

yep both big and little sewickley creek dump in to the Ohio, close to each other.

Are you talking about the Sewickly that dumps into the Yough between West Newton and Sutersville? Near Lowber?

I've been eyeing up accessing it near Yukon or the Bells Mills bridge as I've heard it's decent for bass.

That would be the Bells Mills bridge area. So, it was decent? I live like 5 minutes from there, guess it would be worth an evening trip.
