last season while fishing lower elk just up from the blow downs i hooked one hell of a big steelie it took off down stream and circled around another guy and me wile he was back peddling and trying to flip the line over his head he fell backwards into the water i did get the fish in my hands but i grabbed the hook and it straightened out costing me to loose him i know the fish was over 11 lbs what a loss but i want to apologise to the guy i knocked in i still feel bad i did give him a few of the lures i was useing and i hope he caught a few on me so if any one knows him i just wonder how they worked for him thanks and sorry again

I didn't fall in last year so it wasn't me. But I did get tangled on occasion. That narrows it down alot. This should be easy.

I think you should hire a good law firm to help you out of this jam.
Forcing a fellow angler into the drink is illegal. Unless you provide him
with dry clothes, beer, hot wings, and a egg sacs for a week.
