Fish 'em both.  Like Walnut when the fish are in tight and Conny when they are out deep.  Just depends on where the schools of migrators set up.

Still waiting for a big school off Conneaut.  They seem to be stuck between Geneva and 'Bula right now.

I like both as well.  Usually hit Ohio earlier in the spring and once the summer is in full swing, stick to Walnut.  Its ALL good!

I used to like Geneva-on-the-lake OH because it was a good compromise for the family. Lots of stuff for the kids to do, and decent walleye fishing too. But the last 4 years, I've been boating solely out of PA. I just can't bring myself to take on the crowds at Walnut, so I launch at Lampe.

Conneaut for me, the55-65 ft close to the OH-PA line seems to hold large schools of perch for a longer amount of time than other areas. Last year we hammered them up untill the end of October at Conny while other guys That I talked to were coming from Geneva and Bula because there were no perch to be had that way at that time last year. When the walleye moved deep in that area I still did not have to go no more than 7 miles out while the guys in bula were doing at least a 10 -12 mile trip. My 2 cents theyre all good but Connys my favorite.  BO on ch 14
