Every time I hear this quote it disgusts me.  We are talking about living human beings here...  It is 2008 not 1408, we should be well past this state of mind.  (AND racism for that matter) 

Who's to say anyone will be sorted out in the end anyways...  Don't gamble human life based on YOUR beliefs.

No I dont need the govt to hold my hand, but I do need government to regulate certain industries so I dont get ripped off.  I spend most of my time working and taking care of my family, I dont have time to investigate whether or not my insurance company is cheating me, or why the oil companies are jacking up prices etc... That is one of the many roles of government, and they need to do their job, unfortunately they dont.

Status: offline 		they do,way more than they should,,already have laws in books to cover what you mentioned,apparently they arent breaking these laws or they would be held liable,, that is reason,govt wants new and higher taxes,cause they feel left out , cant get them legally,,, you dont have time to see whether they are cheating you,but you have time to make comments that they are, makes sense. this is a free market society,but with many rules and regs, not to free is it

Its funny how you assume that you know how I run my life.  Am I not allowed to take five minutes to check my emails and read some posts on this thread?  Fact is, its 9:20PM, I just finished cooking dinner for tomorrow.  As soon as I am done posting this thread, I am going back to put another coat of spackle in my bathroom I am renevating.  I have been working on this all day.  So, I take a few minutes to catch my breath.  It takes hours and hours to research things like healthcare and insurance policies, I would think you would be able to extrapolate something like that from my last post.  
Once the fall comes, I will not have any time do any thing but work.  I barely get to fish or golf anymore because I have other priorities.
