I wonder how much of this savings will be passed on to you and me? Or is most or all or more than all of it eaten up by corruption and criminal activity rampant thru both houses and both parties? To me this is the same thing as the mafia saving the businesses they control by purchasing cheaper ammunition and driving Oldsmobiles instead of Cadillacs.

i sure dont notice these savings from rendell,my costs continue to rise
