i agree fully,, 30,000/yr job earners should have never been approved for a 300,000.00 home,, even with 10% down that still a 1,500/month payment,,, but lets feel bad for em ,and blame you know who on mortgage crisis,,,, as far as speculaters,only the ones that turn a profit are dirty ,rotten,greedy,i was always believing that is why you start a business,for profit,,, then again , govt wants to cap that profit by taking for themselves in ways of taxes,, global warming,climate change, all scare tactics to gain control of our livlihood,our freedoms and our wallet, cause if they could prove it is man made,there wouldnt be no debates on the matter,, and our wallets would be empty
