kayak99 -> RE: Allegheny at West Hickory (7/4/2008 11:26:15 PM) You should get an eyeball report before canoeing this weekend.  Both French Creek and the Allegheny around Franklin are about 2 feet higher than optimal and very muddy.  Maybe the river around West Hickory is different but I'd check first.

andyg -> RE: Allegheny at West Hickory (7/6/2008 1:17:38 PM) Fished Saturday a little while floating from tidioute to tionesta, absolutley nothing. Water was muddy but had nice flow. Did salvage the weekend, kinda, by catching some leftover stockies in the creek behind my cousins camp.
