I have a 15' troller skiff w/evenrude 35 hp outboard on it - great all around boat. The motor is a tiller control, but I have pimp my boat syndrome, and I recently saw a really cool fold down steering console on a flat's skiff that would be absolutely perfect on a small boat like this.
Has anybody out there ever tried a tiller to wheel outboard steering conversion - any threads out there about this/ products to recomend? It seems straight forward for the steering installation & linkage using a teleflex product, but for the throttle/shifter control has me baffled.
