Deadbolt401 -> Long shot Steely Question (6/28/2008 1:27:35 PM)

I know this is a strange question, some may say stupid. But Oh well.

My sister is getting married at the end of August, and I'm just wondering if possible there could be a REAL early run. I kn ow it's usually October, but I guess I'm just praying someone will say yes....There's no better way for getting away from family members than fishing right?

Thanks,

You never know. There's always a FEW hanging near the mouths, and sometimes making short, exploratory runs in, and out of the lower streams by late august.

Try the lake at trout run.

August is really hit or miss.   If you get lucky, there may be a few around near the mouths of the creeks.  Good luck.

Given the rain we are having this year, when do you think the gravel banks might be blown out this year?  That will coincide with the first good run of the year?

Not exactly on the count that the only streams that usualy have gravel bar problems are the smaller streams.
