I have friends who lauch their boats there frequently and they are 16 foot or larger.

I went by there today. A couple of trailers in the lot. The river is down a bit but you should be OK.

The ramp is quite shallow.  If you have a semi v you may be ok. I've launched small boats there.  No dock

Be careful, it is very shallow. The dredge area is up river a few hundred yards. Most who launch there have jet boats that are either flat bottoms or semi V's. I live in this area and have never launched my 16 foot deep V there, my brother damaged his lower unit there a few years ago so I have been chicken to fish the river in my boat. I have been a few times with guys that have jets, but I would not think of fishing this end of the Allegheny in a prop boat.
