Deadbolt401 -> Union City Dam (6/23/2008 1:41:42 PM)

I Fished right below the damn about 100 yards from the damn and up to the damn itself. Had my twister tails bit in half 2 times, and caught one bass. Has anyone fished this place? It was beautiful scenery and I'd love to go there again, but don't know if it's worth it.

Any input on what to use, or if fish are even there?

There isnt a ton of fish there but there is a good variety.  Me and a friend went a week or two ago and caught bass, some pan fish, and a pike.  Im pretty sure people go early morning and nights for walleye as well.  When your talking right below the damn you do mean the spillway right?

When we fished there we just used rapalas and a daredevil.  I bet you could use just about anything there and catch some type of fish.

Is this the same as Eaton Res?

No, Eaton Res. is just South of North East...Union City dam is about a mile E. of UC.

That's right, it's been awhile, Eaton was always a hot spot-you fish there?

Mostly through the ice, but I hit it now and then in the springtime too.
