lazyboatingdaze -> spruce creek "private" (6/22/2008 9:47:04 PM) Fished the state college area all weekend at various locations. The biggest disappointment was that I read a lot about spruce creek and how great it was, but found that most of it is posted and private. What is the story behind that BS.

Fished there for three days this weekend,Cacadas were there but the WX was too cold for major activity, fish would take them but not as active as 17 years ago. Need a big hot spell soon to get the big bug push. George Harvey area is open on Spruce, and that's about it!
