I'm glad this thing is retroactive Musky(I hope if you are right),this would cause a lot of problems with the dudes on here.My problem from earlier with the capacity plate should be a no brainer(I HAD THE TITLE TO THE TRAILER).Why should I in good faith try to register a trailer if I had something to hide?I am trying to go by the law but even the troopers and state employees don't know what the right answer is.I had to call two different barracks in two counties talking to 5 different troopers and finally talked to a corporal who explained the correct thing to do.If the common officer or trooper doesn't know the protocol, who does? I lived in Florida for 3 years and the joke is that all these hoops PA residents have to go through are a scam to keep gov't employees working. All I had to do in FL is send in $36 a year and that was it.No inspection or anything. My trailer could have been a flat bed truck, they don't care,it is all through the mail.PA sucks because they don't have as much water as FL and never will. It cost me $36 a year to register my Tahoe in FL,no need to go to an inspection station,THERE AREN"T ANY.Go online and you get your little sticker for the license plate in less than a week for $36 a year. PA sucks for people trying to do the right thing, other states cater to the downtrodden and poor.Hey,look at it this way, there will be fewer Mexican illegal workers here in the winter months because of the laws.I guess it is the ying-yang theory. Had to edit this, not sure what the cost of the each vehicle was but it WAS NOT very far from either side of $36 on the truck and the boat.Just in case any of you nerds out there have a bone to pick.
