Jgut07 -> Tune Up (5/12/2008 11:06:04 AM)

Just called a local guy today. He said it would be 45 for the tune up and 20 for parts. Good deal or no?? Thanks guys.

Buy the manual for your motor.
It will save you a lot of time,aggravation and money.

Having a competent mechanic give it a tune up is a good idea and he might notice other problems or tell you what to look for.

A simple thing like changing to a different spark plug can make a big difference.
Being able to "read" spark plugs is necessary in a 2 cycle engine.
To cold and they foul, too hot and bye-bye piston.
