It wouldnt be so bad if i could just pay $5 and get the whole license and not have to pay for the combination stamp. All no thats write they dont put stamps on the license anymore its all computerized so you think they would know I already payed for it once.
P.S. watch out for binnoculars in the woods at the power dam. I launched the boat the other day and see the man in the woods violation your privicy.
