tried the bay last night and nothing. fish weren't active at all. no jumping, no chasing etc....

Just curious, has anyone ever tried at the mouth of cascade creek? It's a short walk from my house and would be easy to fish, just wondered if anyone else has tried it or not

Its worth a shot, people catch walleyes this time of year in the bay, but more between the channel and dobbins landing. A few more spots worth trying are the chestnut launch area. East ave can produce fish as well.

PS I'd be careful at cascade that time of night, you may get jumped :)

I fished the mouth of Cascade creek teh past 2 nights. Wed. night about 10 minutes before the rain started I lost one fish. Didn't see it but it sure fought like a walleye. Nothing last night except two guys and a nasty sounding dog in the woods on the walk down and two beavers on the other side of the little island. I was only there for about an hour last night, some fish were jumping, but I had to leave soon after it started.

Anyone have anything good to report? I've gone about 6 times in the last two weeks all over the bay till about 11:00pm and nothing. I would stay later than that if I had any action but none as of yet. I know there are less of them in the bay, but I thought I'd have some action by now???
