I had Uhaul do it, for about $200 on a Jeep Liberty. I'm pretty sure it is just a bolt on application, and wiring can't be too hard. But, they are responsible, if it falls off and causes damage... Most likely you are not going to find one for as cheap as a F-150. F-150's are pretty much made to pull, so there are many more options available. I've checked out hitches for a buddy's Sante Fe, and are over $200 without install. Also make sure you check to see what your van's towing capacity is. If you are going even close to the capacity, look at getting a transmission cooler installed as well. That's another $80 or so, if you don't already have one. Towing is not just your engine. Your V6 will likely be enough to pull 4-5k lbs. Your transmission, is designed to lug around 5 people and groceries...
