Anyone ever buy one of the bass proshop rods.

I got a one last christmas, not a top end model but a regular price $70ish and for that price it has performed so far like a top end model. It is  a 7' mh that i use for flipping/pitching for lm's. It has a fast tip but still has great hooksetting power

I bought one top end Bass Pro Qualifier baitcasting rod 2 years ago 6'6" MH one piece and have never had a problem with it.Seems like a good deal for what it is worth, but I never bought a real expensive one like those $400 daiwas or gloomis,it better service me for that cost.

Thanks,  I just ordered a pro qualifier XPS 7' Medium power, fast action to match up with a Shimano Stradic St4000fi. I think it will make a good all around combo.

I have three Boinc Blade rods from BPS and love them. They are great rods I think I paid 80 bucks a piece for them. I used to use ugly sticks until I got one for a present. Now there are the only rods I will use for spinning gear or baitcasting.

I got one in the late 80's that I still have and use.

Bass pro sent my rod in 4 days and gave me a $10 certificate. Not to shabby.

Besides a few Fenwicks and St. Croix's, I use many BPS rods. I have many Extremes and Bionic Blades. Casting and Spinning. If you wait for the sales - I believe they are the best rod purchase's out there. I have never had a defected rod or one damaged in shipping. Thats pretty good considering I have roughly 20 of their rods. I also have gotten used to the powerhump handle on the casting rods and I love it. Go for it DUDE!!!!!!!

The best rod I've found for the price is the Gander Mountains Guide series IM8 rods.  I use mine over my St Croix all the time.
