what exactly did you want the pens to do,  lose because they were playing a crappy team?  I don't get your point. Ok, if the pens aren't that good, I guess we'll find out soon enough.  Perhaps while they are waiting for the rest of these teams to finish up the Pens can take a trip to suckabuffalo and beat up on the Sabres for a few days.

Flyers definitely got a few breaks and got away with a few this games. 
But its gone both ways this series.

Y'know what is bugging me right now about the Flyers?  A few years back when everyone was coming out with 3rd jerseys, the Flyers thought black was a good idea.  Well, it wasn't, but someone liked it.  Then when they switched to these Reebok edge jerseys they had a chance to go back to the orange jersey, and they decided to stick with the black...  Horrible decision...  Hard to hate the Orange and Black when there really isn't any orange...

theyre using the orange/black t-shirts with the "vengeance now" phrase. "vengeance now???" seeing richards go face first into the boards in front of 3 philly fans with those t-shirts was fitting.

I will put the Bills up once the Football season begins.  Since it is still hockey season and there are many former Sabres still out there playing, I will keep it.  Besides, changing avatars is making me tired!

Not a bad ending to that game at all, I ended up catching most of the first OT through the goal by Knuble.  Honestly the Flyers were lucky to escape the first OT, then took it to the Capitals in the second and earned that win.  I see Boston won last night as well.  That series is now 3-2 and heading back to Boston...  Wouldn't that be something if the B's came back and knocked off the Habs.

just let these series drag on to 6 or 7 games and let the players get beat up and worn out playing 60-90min a night then have to play the rested and confident Pens in the next round....

Well, I'm almost about to eat my words about Biron from the last Flyers/Penguins thread as he played pretty well last night.  Huet played spectacular though because if it wasn't for him, there wouldn't have even been an OT, let alone 2.  He made the saves a goalie HAS TO make during the playoffs to give his team an edge.  Great game and it was back and forth in the OT's - I was screaming about the whole time.

Wow...allot of talk..I've been away for a while,and don't have the energy to fish through all 7 pages of this thread....so I'll just say this:

Pens fans(most anyway) are proving to be the most inbred, idiotic, self loving fans I've ever talked hockey with in my life. I hope your break softens you up for the Rangers and they kick the Sh!t out of you no matter who wins the series...

Anyone on here that can't see that the Flyers have played well the last three games is blind or stoopid, if you are a Pens fan I'll bet the latter applies. The Flyers have played no more or no less physical(call it dirty if you want Marys) than any other team still playing. I really think you guys fear us......good

CB, do you with all your extensive hockey knowledge think that, the Devils the way they are playing at this point can win 3 in a row....I don't ....but I could be wrong and unlike a Pens fan I'll admit it if I am....

Of course the Habs have to win too for the Pens to get the Rangers, but I think they will....
