i just cant get into the jersey thing. i do, however, have to admit i cant bring myself to get on the wagon with a malkin or crosby shirt. i do have RUUUUUUUTUUUUUUU and talbot shirts and wear them proudly. RUUUUUUUUTUUUUUU can pee other players off like nobody else.

They both hacked each other...and you must be blind or smoking with peacy cause Richards gloves came right off and Crysby prayed for the linesmen to get there and then started punching, with his gloves on of course like the VAGEEEEEEEN he is...

Well, I'm normally one of those fans that has no problem giving the other team credit for beating the Pens and I generally can admit when the Pens are outplayed. Last night's game however perplexes me. Yes, at times the Flyers played inspired hockey, but after the first period, they rarely threatened to score again. They managed all of their offense on powerplays that were interesting to say the least. Clipping on Letang... WTF is clipping? Big scrum and Orpik goes off alone... Looked to me like Philly was the benefactor of the home team calls. Which is fine. That happens more often than not, so that's not an issue.

So, the Flyers feel they're making it a series and they now have a chance. What I take from the game last night is that the Flyers had some sustained pressure due to a lot of powerplays in the first. Stay out of the box in game 5 and we won't be back in Philly.

Of course if a Penguin gets called on Sunday for a personal foul, facemask. I'm done with this series.

Almost forgot, the Richards and Crosby slashfest was embarrassing for both players. One, they're both to good to be doing that crap and two, "you don't do 'dat, 'dat is bad." And tippy, you mentioned Richards dropped the gloves, umm yeah, after the linesmen stepped in.

The last thing the Penguins need is for Sidney Crosby to break his hand on Mike Richards' visor. It has nothing to do with being "yellow" or a "vageen". It has everything to do with keeping your eyes on the prize, and not stooping to the level of a slashing little bee-yotch named Richards. Guarantee Crosby gets 3+ points on Sunday, and the Flyers lose by 4+.

While the Flyers may get a few licks in, and they won a game, they earned that win last night. Don't forget teams have only come back from being down 3-0 twice in the hundred years of NHL hockey. Twice.

We may actually get Timmonen and Coburn back for Sun. That would make it iteresting. I like the way Parent played defense last night...he played great IMO for his 25th game in the NHL, not to mention it was an elimination game as the next three wil be..

How's he going to take a thumb to the eye with a visor on? And Richards threw a few with his gloves on. Then he threw them away after the linesman got in there. Real tough guy he is.

And the way he was slapping and slashing at Sid's shins in the faceoff circle, he looked like a 10 year old little girl having a slap fight with someother kid on a playground.

And the Yellow Crocs are embarrassing, no argument there from me. Could've been worse, they could've been custom made Vegas Gold Crocs.

Tippy, how do you feel about Smith coming in after the ref's/linesmen stepped in and throwing 3 or 4 punches to the back of Crosby's head? ohhhh yeah he had his gloves on.

If your yellow to throw with your gloves on, Smith must be frigging golden yellow to throw to the back of someones head with his gloves on, while someone else holds the punchee.

Anyone notice Upshall checking on Staal after he Charged him into the boards? Wonder what he said to him...."Hey, you all right? I know that was penalty but I didn't mean to kill you." It was a cheap hit.

I also noticed Briere crying all the way to the box on his first period penalty. And how about the Holding call on Gonch in the first? I can't believe the annoucers didn't acknowledge that it was a boarderline call at best......actually I do believe it.
