There's a lot more boat traffic on that lake now than there was 25 years ago.  You just have to work a little harder.  I've found the fish are bigger on average but you can't just pull up on any point and throw a crankbait like years ago.  You have to slow down and pinpoint your fishing.  Take your time not run and gun.
