No. I went past there yesterday to throw my favorite lure I call dynamite but to my dissapointment, there was a good 3 feet of ice. So,I went home and beat my wife because it is her fault. Maybe when it warms up a little we'll have better action.I will still blame her if I get skunked in the future.

Sorry,I feel guilty.Just kidding about the dynamite, wife beating, and ice. There is only a thin layer of ice left, caused by the famous "fourth river" that runs underneath the southwest PA area.It has a geological upwelling that outflows near the surface in multiple places, one of which is Keystone Power Dam.That is why the ice stays so late on this lake. This is why the fish population is so healthy. There are ancient microbial zooplankton which well up from the fourth river which are rich in diet for tiny fish, which in turn works up the food chain. I believe if the next week we still have temps in the 70's(just like the last 2 weeks),the ice will finally break and the grayling and laker bite may be on!! My personal experience if your fly fishing has been to use a 7x tippet with a lime green wooly bugger for the grayling. If your a spin fisherman, try using a jointed red Bang-o-Lure with the big red head and flesh colored shaft for bass and muskie.Try the new technique called dangling, twitching it,then pause, then twitch again to get them to rise. Do this patiently and leave it dangle for at least 30 seconds at a time in this cold water, DON'T YANK IT. Watch out for those teeth, they can be painful!!!! If you want a wide variety of fish, try the third inlet on the east side of this beautiful body of water.Sometimes it is known as Stink Hole,Balloon Knot falls, or Hershey's Creek. You might want to wear your waders because the mud is thick in some spots and it can get messy. A lot of guys have fished there without protection, only to go to the hospital later to get some cream, ointment,or a shot. If the ice is still there,I would try the tailrace waters with a Dirty Sanchez lure in white for trout. If you can't find them in your local bait store, try Bass Pro Shops or Cabelas by phone.Good luck to you and god bless.

try calling keystone bait and tackle 724-354-4422 . they should be biting with recent weather conditions.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the ice is gone.
