This lake is a new spot for me and was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on it. I was up there a few weeks ago and there was still ice on it. When will the ice be thawed? Also I mostly fish for bass, and was wondering what lures work the best in this lake? Any info I can get off any locals would be great.

Ps- This lake is located in lycoming county, just about 20 minuts north of williamsport.

I grew up in the Williamsport area and fished Rosevalley quite a few times during the summer months.  Always did well around wood (stump field) with rubber worms.  Also did well around the weeds with a white spinnerbait.  I'd like to give you more info on location but that was years ago.
