My brother was fishing on Peters Creek on Sunday. He said that he caught a few trout and a carp down by green mans tunnel.

Anyone been down to the creek lately?  Caught 7 on opening day, all were small and released.  It seems as if fewer and smaller fish were stocked.  The average size was about 9-10 in.  In the past it was about 14-15.  They are like minnows after steelhead fishing.

I was down there in the earlier part of this week. Way up in piney fork we were catching them consistently at 14 to 16 inchers.

Whats up with that? why are the fish seemingly so small like last year downstream, but if you go upstream it's like the good 'ole days at Peters with the bruisers? Gonna finally maybe get out a couple times this week & would like some headsup info on the stream, thanks.

stream was low and slow on monday.  Haven't checked recently though
