what kind of eggs are allowable to fish with? just eggs of fish caught from lake erie tribs? a friend gave me some lake ontario salmon eggs --- just wondering what the ruling on that is.

you better hope so, could infect our waterways.

You better check with the PFBC, email your question.

there will be plenty of guys in the next few posts telling you its legal.
Dont take their word, they are not PFBC officers.

Those ones dont look so fresh, but I've eaten ikura, and its not bad. Not an everyday food, but a nice treat occasionally.

ikura is a mysterious little dish which is a touch more salty than I like.

Lake Erie already has VHS present. That's why it's illegal to use, bait or eggs taken from the waterwhed inland. NOT the other way around.
