Status: offline 		Fedor is going to get knocked out. UFC of course is countering with main events from some recent PPV's on spike, but I'll be watching the overrated Fedor get his clocked cleaned.

Status: offline 		Rogers, a guy most don't know of, beat just another guy at the end of his career (one of my favorites, Arlovski)... and Fedor is strikeforce's only ticket seller (because they made the mistake of mismatching Gina with Cyborg)...there is always the 'who knows what might happen' factor, but most likely Fedor will destroy him.

It might 'surprise' most fans to know this, but most big promotions won't usually agree to match up their 'star' with someone who is likely to win. Rogers knows **** well he is that chump put in there to lose... he dosn't plan to lose, but he knows **** well it is what is expected.

Status: offline 		i know nothing about promoting fights, however, i would think in order to get the CBS deal and to further Strikeforce's talent pool/credibility, the fedor/undefeated rogers fight may have been made/needed to clinch the dealio.

I was right, the UFC had a show on the same time of the strikeforce show I think Fedor will be under more criticism every time he wins for not fighting in the UFC. One thing for sure...that was the worst post fight interview ever (both men).

Status: offline 		why, because you think so, or because the UFC has 1 and only 1 guy(carwin has no chance against fedor)that has a slim chance of beating him? why didnt dana white show up for the fedor meeting to get him? why doesnt the UFC make a deal like M1 Global(i think fedor is part owner of) did with strikeforce to sign fedor with the UFC to make a fedor/lesnar fight? is white scared of lesnar being damaged goods if/when he loses to fedor?

thinking fedor has to prove anything, bashing fedor, and now post fight interviews? seriously duud, give it up.

Status: offline 		Yet again I was forced to watch Fedor on the internet.  I set my DVR, just to have it go over the time limit.  Not sure how many times I've been burnt me on this.  I'm blaming the wife for going to bed so early and giving me the "go ahead" look.  I was much more into mounting than watching mountain men...

Not a bad fight.  Most of the undercards were entertaining as well.  I got all of those, the thing cut off right at the anouncement of the main event, likely planned by CBS???  Great promotion, and can't believe that something as good would be free per view.  My hat's off to CBS.  It would be nice to get MMA on a free per view (besides reruns or B league matches).

Status: offline 		I think Rogers corner went about it all wrong between the 1st and 2nd round,,,they should of been screaming at him that he was cut and that he wasn't a machine and that he was hurt,,,,like Rocky's cornermen did in Rocky 4 against Ivan Drago,,lol,,besides that Fedor threw a few big shots like that and even connected with one earlier in the fight that rogers brushed off. And is it asking too much for those retarded refs to actually let the fighter connect with a few of those finishing blows when one guys floors another guy like last night, it didn't look as if Fedor cleanly landed any of those shots when he jumped on him. I'm not saying Rogers was getting up but at least let him finish him off.

the first or second shot after flooring him was devastating... that was the lone shot that prompted the stoppage. MMA has a heavy weight on it's shoulders to prove it is as safe a sport as any other... once it is obvious that someone has lost there is no reason to allow further punishment. The poor refs get criticized as much for allowing those extra shots as much as they do for cutting it off quickly.

I am an amateur mma fighter, hence my user name here, and i have to say the refs have the toughest job in the sport... not only are they responsible for the competitors safety, but the sanctity of the sport as well. It was a very fair stoppage... if you watch it again you will see Rogers asking his crew what exactly happened... that's what happens when you get rendered unconscious. Why would you want to see an unconsious person get punched repeatedly afterward?

I'm including a picture of me getting my ass kicked in order to illustrate my point.. if this ref had not stopped my ass kicking i may have suffered serious injuries!
