Took a ride over to the east side today 10/31  ...20 mile roaring like a river...16 mile kinda high...12 mile was pretty decent saw a few fish moving up the current if the rain holds off 12 or 16 would be your best bet tomorrow good luck..

As of 7pm,they were all full of leaves and high and brown, watches a few run to the lake, with a fly fisherman behind them, tail sticking out of the water at a mile stream tonight, quite the sight. The smaller streams were dropping slowly, but the leaves are the obsticle, conquer them and there are plenty of fish.West of the PA border was great today.

I love it how on saturday night at the nut the water was high and fishable with tons of fish shifting in and your telling travelers not to come fish. Just saying theres always a fishable spot in the creek you just gotta search for slow water pockets

Actualy, Snowmans advice was spot on. I was there on Sunday at one creek on the east and one on the west, both were very nice and fishable, it was definitely worth the trip, and a good time was had by all.

Besides that, sometimes you just have to go for it and find out. Otherwise a person will never be able to conclude on their own how different factors converge or diverge to create an effect, e.g. [(+ or - rain)+ a given creek] / period of time = high water, low water, good conditions, bad conditions, cloudy, stained, leafy, clear, and what ever else.

a.k.a. learning how to fish.
