Although I didn't get to see smoke yet, I did get a pleasant surprise when I found 4 Giant Puffballs together. 1 was the size of a volley ball,the others were as big as catalopes. Any good recipes? sam

Slice,dip in egg wash,then breading of your choice,fry in butter oil blend,I found 92 stumpy's(Honey mushrooms) in choice condition a couple of days ago,and found a nice mess of Bluwets today,both have great flavor and are great deep fried.
