never been to ny for salmon but been thinking about it. when is best time for flyfishing(runs)and where to go?

Go now! salmon are heavy in the streams. start dying off in Nov. Oak Orchard, Burt Dam, Salmon river are all good bets, do some searching on here or google, you'll find lots of info.
