Status: offline 		Raz.  It is a small soft hackle.  I usually just dead drift with or without indicator, like a nymph.  I also fish it in a tandem rig with another soft hackle doing the traditional wet fly swing.  I like searching with soft hackles and its one of the patterns that has produced well for me this year, especially when there has been some darker colored insects sputtering around.

Status: offline 		Being Veterans day I was unable to ship flies this afternoon so they will go out 1st thing in the AM. Hopefully they will arrive in time for the weekend.  We ended up with a total of 11 tyers and I'm shipping the 12th set to Kyler. I'd like to thank everyone for participating and a special thanks to all those that sent me extras and goodies.... :o)  I included a 2nd fly from me in everyones box some got a 2nd P Flash Minnow ( they dont look the greatest dry but when wet they lay down real nice a make a great minnow imitation ) tied in various colors some got clousers and some a jelly rope caddis or something..... I enjoyed hosting and cant wait for the next swap.

Status: offline 		Raz, you talking about hanging off a dry fly?  If you are, definately try it.  I have fished soft hackles behind a dry fly with success.  This particular pattern has a very small glass bead so it will sink but should not pull an average dry fly down with it.
