Dr.Trout: Actually, I didn't realize there was a second page to this thread, hence my choosing to quote the last post on page one. Your position can be best described as ancestor worship. I have to wonder, in real life practice, how many people when encountering or in the presence of a PGC rep has -not- been "field checked" while in the field. As I look back over the 33 years I've hunted in this state, EVERY time I've been in the presence of the PGC it has resulted in a field check. While this may be policy, whether the tag is on my back, or in my pocket, -in practice- is irrelevant. Every other state I hunt has a better way than the PGC when it comes to licensing.
