My mom took me to the Salmon River for a day and a half of fishing before the run ended. Finally got my first salmon, and six more!! Biggest one was 26 pounds! Also caught a 21" brown trout and a 17" steelhead! All fish released. I fished below the 2A bridge (mom dropped me off at the parking lot). All fish caught on red egg fly with white dot (I tied them), size 6.

Thanks. I don't think I can come back up this year. Probably have to wait until next year.
