I have read it all...
Each style has its place.Its hard to trot with a fly stick. Its hard to fish a midge with a pin. Its hard to imagine that any one technique is "better". Instead boys, respect and embrace the difference.

Sorry I can not respect a technique that simply involves holding a 13' stick high in the and applying pressure to the reel to slow down a drift. Pretty sure my 6 yr old could do it. Embrace the difference? I can not embrace it, all I can do is laugh at it.
