I'm headed out in the morning for NC PA   I'm taking my 10 YO Grandson and would love to have him see an Elk or 2    Do you think its a little early yet ??? 

Also any spots better then others ....

Status: offline 		Thats your best bet...but its hard to say where they'll be. I've seen them late afternoon early evening before. You'll know if theres a bunch of cars pulled over with their doors open

Status: offline 		its not to early i see them all year around just drive on the main road from weedsville through medixrun and benezette to driftwood.  usually see them anywere between there.

Status: offline 		When we used to put on drives in deer season hunting in Elk County.... a few times we pushed huge heards of Elk through. Pretty neat/scary... you could almost walk right up to them till they'd run.
