yea....they are building a wall to make the shoreline by the outflow of trout run un-wadable and too deep for fisherman that think its cool to stand there like kids over a pay trout pond at a sportsman show [:D]
.....woops, i did that once before [sm=band.gif] it was like a rock concert there.
I enjoyed sitting on the bank and watching people be stupid more than fishing. ha!
Ok, on a serious note...I am not sure, and curious to know myself.
Maybe have to do some research online and see if the PA Fish Comm is up to something
