Status: online 		Slick, thats true,   I just know from past experiences from working with kids, that you never know whats going thru a kids mind, especially a kid no one even knows, or how they may react to certain adversity. Thats why I don't like to see this.  That's all.

Status: offline 		haha we are fishing for bass not carp though..it took me 5 and half hours to catch 18 bass, 1 pike, and a sheephead today, ill beat him! and I'll post pics for proof i caught them

Man.. This has gone far.

No offence.. But I'm pretty sure you're over matched. I believe Slick bought a couple Watermelon Jigs on ebay awhile back for around 400-500 bucks. He'll catch 10x more fish then you, talk on his bluetooth, and even mobility add pics to the forum for those that can't attend.

I believe Sportsmans Warehouse had a few of those special jigs a while back.. Anybody have an update about that place?

HONESTLY.. I'd save it for the "1 Fly." You could even win a bamboo for your troubles..

Status: online 		Kast, when you say, "the loser has to quit using this fishing webpage..." do you mean page 4 of this thread, the "RE: Fish Pics" thread as a whole, the FishErie.com sub forum, the Pennsylvania Boards Section, or do you mean all of forums.fishusa.com (and/or any related subdomains)? I have to assume you meant just page 4, else you would have most likely said either site or forum instead of "webpage".

Oh, and just to clarify further, does "using" mean posting to or visiting or just reading posts? "Using" might only mean not harvesting the good information (like spot burning) to find a fishing spot for the loser and his friends. Does the loser also forfeit the rights to buy merchandise from fishusa.com as well since the domain appears in the "webpage" address? Is the loser allowed to view/download google-cached versions of previous posts? Does this cover past and future posts or only future posts?

Does these rules incorporate all versions of all major browsers, or just a particular version of IE or Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Nautilus, Galeon, Opera as well as any Java-based browser clients?

Merely trying to clarify - have to be specific when you make the rules... Don't want the loser finding any loopholes... Just sayin'...
