I like the adirondacks in the fall man wish it wasn't so far out of the way.. I know I must sound like a broken record but my camp is up the quickway near roscoe.. This fall I know  we are going to try at least once  the SR ..figure  late oct early nov even in dec if warm enough..and possibly hitting some eye off the shores of f whitney or oneida lk on rt.  glta

backin79 -> RE: Fall is awesome but sometimes tough fishing (10/6/2008 8:44:42 PM) I tried but with little success towards dark...nothing on flyrod in the slow challenging pool in the EBD .. foilage is about peak now.. we enjoyed a short weekend grillin and chillin while we winterized camp.. still looking foward to cooler temps trout fall fishing between now and ice.  Anybody want to try hooking up ashokan area soon let me know.. i want to try that place soon. maybe on the  SR  or the ice in 09 god willing!
