I was wondering if anyone would be interested in an older canoe?  I'm not sure on the length, probably about 13 ft or so, I have no idea on what brand or kind either.  Its a fiberglass canoe and has a little weight to it. Also it is a little rough around the edges, there is some deterioration around the top edges and the front of the boat, it doesn't have any seats just cross bars.  I got it a while back and fixed it up a little but haven't used it in a year or more.  It would hold 2 guys as is but wouldn't hurt if someone put some work into it, I painted it dark green.  I just want to give it away to someone that would use it and would take it so I don't have to watch it waste away in the yard.  If anyone is interested I'm in the slickville/saltsburg area.

if the first person doesn't want it, and the 2nd person doesn't want it, and the third person doesn't....ahhh the heck with it, a free canoe on this site is like giving away ice cubes in the sahara desert! 
That's nice of you to give it away.  Should've been quicker on the trigger finger.  Oh well...[&:]

Anyone else interested?  After a few no responses and a few that said they couldn't take it the canoe is up for grabs again.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm talking about day to day use as well! [:D]  Still thinking that it's probably not the vessel for me (been hesitantly kayak browsing for the past year or so...maybe next spring...), but pics will help. [:)]
