Indy,
My buddy Jamey (who came up with me last year) would like to come up again for this if there's still room. So it'll be him, me, and my wife coming up this year.

Skip,
I figured it all out.  If it takes 10 minutes to cook a burger at 300 degrees;  all we have to do is crank that sucker up to about 1200 degreees and you'll be able to cook 'em in 2.5 minutes.  FOFLMAO!  Looks like the call will be going out for another grill.

Gentlemen,
I am sorry to have to report that I have to close the entry list.  With the 50 confirmed attendees and the unconfirmed who may attend and want to be on the standy-by list we have achieved maximum participation for this years event.
For those of you who didn't get in on time I am truely sorry but we do not have the physical area to accommodate more people.  Keep watching this post and I can put you on a will call (if you want) in case somebody cancels.   Thank you for your understanding regarding this.

Genlemen,
I would like to take this chance to encourage all those who signed up for the "One Fly" to attend the "Night Before the "One Fly" meet and greet being organized by PxaTim at Crowleys Resturant (next door to the Green Roof Inn)  on Friday the 10th of October from 6 till (?)  It will be an excellent chance to get to see the other competitors, make up teams and generally shoot the bull (something we used to do for about three hours before the start before I moved it up.  See the posting for the Night Before the "One Fly" for information.

Gentlemen,
I hope most of you are following the posts on this thread because I just came upon something.   Think about this:  Since many of us want to do our best on the "One Fly" we will be breaking out our best, most special, secretest flies for the event.  Now since we have 50(+) folks signed up  , , , the "First Out" will walk away with about $70-100 dollars for a fly box and 50 flies.  I was thinking about that while I was sorting door prizes.  So I have to repeat myself:  "No fair breaking off in the parking lot or on you partners' ear "accidently" on the first cast."  LOL!

cool,
Even though many of the entrants get skunked, and catch nothing; it has become a bit of a badge of honor to come back with your original fly.  Even more so if you actually catch something.  The First Out prize was intended as a "booby" prize and has turned into something nice.
