It seems to me the ones whining are ruining the creeks more than the one's out fishing it ! I pay for my licence the same as everyone else, if I want to bring 500 people fishing with me - I can do so (and now probably will !!!). I don't remember reading or signing anything when I signed up for this site that said I could not share information. I can spot burn if I want ! I can give detailed locations if I want ! THAT'S WHAT THIS SITE IS FOR. I can give away what I was using, what the guy beside me was using ! I encourage everyone to prove a point with this post. No one can shut us up ! If they would have just said "Nice fish Steelking", this would not be happening. Oh, I am going to enjoy this !

personally, i like seeing pics of fish or fisherpeople with their fish.  would rather see you guys with fish than pictures of some smack for hollywood or d.c.   makes me glad to know there is such good fishing close by.

I would be interested to know how many anglers were on lower Walnut on Saturday and Sunday.  Can anyone who was up there comment?

Not many on Sunday for the little time I was there.  Maybe 6 total and they were all under the age of 14.

Welcome to the board.  I can see from your posts you are very passionate about fishing and sharing with your fellow fishermen.   Being helpful means giving reliable, accurate and trustworthy information.  I am sure that is what you intend to do and is the true sign of a mature and sincere sportsman, which I am sure you are.

Good luck and great fishing when you come up.

Nice fish... Good for you! Keep up the good work. Nice to see a young guy out hunting fish than hanging out with a bunch of undesirable people doing questionable things.... POST AWAY PICS ALL YOU WANT!

No bait this early.  Flatfish and jigs...I use mainly flatfish on the wall until it gets  scrot to scrot.  Kills em everytime.  What size you using?  Stick with 1.5 to 1.75 inch.  I cant say my preferred color but once you find the right one it wont get near the wall without a mouth on it.

I could really give 2 poops about how many and where anyone is catching steelies as long as ALL the PIER MONKEYS REMEMBER TO REEL IN THEIR LINES when boats are exiting and entering the channel. We can all get along can't we ?

I just want to say this;than I'm done with this thread. (maybe)

I think it is great that the kid caught some steel and I enjoyed the pic....I just wanted to take the opurtunity to give a little different view point to a new member and my veiw point got beat up...why??? Some choose to post specifics some choose not to ...Is it a sin to have a different opinion.

At least this thread forced some lurkers out of the wood work...I see allot of new memebers

PEACE !!! F'ers

Tough year to get on the board though...

Better have a 30#+ I am guessing by the end of the week.
