I just wanted to clear the air a bit...First, those are not Coho, they are artic char that do very well in the cool, pristine waters below the power plant. Second, was the 20lb. cat you caught above the plant a Calico by chance with a white flea collar???If so please PM. That cat was my favorite guard cat! He was an ace for keeping trolls out of the yard.

im not sure you know what your talkin about there guy

the water below the power plant is very warm year round

and as for the catfish, i dont even fish that far down the river.... it was a joke mr. life=serious

Cohos-hmmmm... let's think about that one for a second. You worked at Dick's? Really? As far as coming on here and asking a bunch of questions off the get-go, perhaps a more subtle and inquisitive approach would have yielded more satisfactory results- that would be "hott" wouldn't it?

haha yes this is a joke

and yes i did work at dicks and at dunhams sports in the hunting and fishing departments (or lodge for dick's) for a little over 3 years

the coho was a joke also... i saw someone else a month or two ago post that they heard of ppl catching them there

so cool your jets guy and have a little fun!

Don't worry about the bitter people out there 

There are people you don't have to  on here to get some edumacation
about the sport of steelhead fishing

Best advice I can give you is to get out with someone that has some experience and knowledge of the streams up there. Be it someone you know or someone from here or other forums. And what ever you do, don't fish at Elk, Walnut, 4 mile, 16 mile or 20 mile!!! There are never fish there
