4 teams 4-2 with 2 going head to head this week. will steel or fish on be upset this week? tight race so far fellas. this week is halfway for the reg. schedule.

Im leaning towards OWB and steel for the champ game so far.

Any suggestions for next season fellas?

Its amazing how bad that team went to he11 without him. Randy should start squacking soon as well.

I added that to the changes for next year though.

1. keep Brady healthy.

2.

We dont have a problem with this in this league, but in another league I'm in, we have a guy who already has something like 25-30 moves.  From week to week, he only keep maybe 2-3 players in his starting lineup.  I understand that moves are part of the game, but if you were in a league with such a guy, would you consider opting for a move limit?  Something like 50 per season?  More?  Less?  Idunno, it just seems like one of those things that while not illegal, kinda aren't in the spirit of the game.

hows his team doing and I would wager that he wont win it all with that kind of turnover. Not saying I agree with his strategy but if thats how an individual wants to play then let them try and beat me.

I also believe our waiver moves are way down due the amount of talent on our teams being in a league of 8. How many are in your other league?

Im hoping we can get a few more guys for next year. would like to see 10-12 teams unless everyone wants to keep it at 8 next season.

Its another 8-man, and he was tied for first till I beat him this week.

Now he's in 2nd and I moved up to 3rd.

I don't mind teams with alot of moves. Actually, I think it adds to the excitment of trying to pick guys who will be hot week to week. Besides, if you really have a bad draft, that's the only way to stand a chance. It kills me when you have a decent team on paper, but your studs fail to perform every week. Then you're stuck because they're too good to drop, but not good enough to win...

I'm glad to see support for multiple moves, sorry but being a rookie at this, it is very challenging.I'm happy with the "core" players but like Kill said gotta try to find the hot hand.2-4 at this point but still hoping to get to the "big boy" playoffs.Overall I gotta say this has been fun as he11 so far and I hope I get to keep my bottle of Jack.Good luck this week to all but the steel curtain. No matter what I'm gonna be back next year, this is just to much fun!!Makes me pay attention to games like I haven't for years.
Have a good one all,
Andy

Glad you're having fun!

I'm playing in 5 leagues this year, and at this point, I've got records from 5-1 to 2-4 and everywhere in between.  Next year, I'd recommend espn's FF if we get a good group.  They split you up into divisions, which makes things a bit more interesting, and their scores update live for free!

Yup, in small leagues like this, it usually remains anyone's league to win or lose till week 10 or later.

Woo!  Sorry Troll...I'm just happy for any win I get in this league.

Overall, it was a good week for me, going 4-1.  The Steelers defense and Santonio helped me out big time last night, and my decision to grab Visanthe Shianco to fill in this week turned out to be a great grab, winning the game for me in another league.
