The bottom line under your photobucket picture is the one to use. Left click on it, press ctrl and c, at the same time. That holds your picture. Open your post, press ctrl and v, at the same time, and it will drop the picture there. Change [IMG] to [img] and [/IMG] to [/img] and when you post your picture should show up.
